The caller, a man, said that he and his partner had started from Cs\u00f3v\u00e1nyos about 2 hours ago on the red triangle trail, heading north, as he estimated, but they were actually heading to the Cseresznyefa parking lot. The man explained that he believed they were lost, completely exhausted, and had no map or navigation on their phone.\\n\\nWith the help of the on-duty mountain rescuer, they were able to check their position, as every smartphone can send its location via SMS (read about the ways to request help here<\/a>). The on-duty rescuer determined that the hikers were located about 200 meters north of Pog\u00e1nyv\u00e1r on the red triangle trail. Following the rescuer’s guidance, the distressed hikers started back towards Cs\u00f3v\u00e1nyos but mentioned that they were very tired and feared it would get dark before they could reach their destination.\\n\\nThe hikers stopped at the Pog\u00e1nyv\u00e1r saddle, and after the mountain rescue dispatcher further refined their location, two standby rescuers from the Szokolya base immediately set off in a jeep along the Folt\u00e1n Cross-Ny\u00edr Meadow Castle Ruins route to reach them.
