Both riders had been thrown to the ground. One boy suffered a head injury, while the other appeared to have sustained minor leg injuries. The mountain rescue medical team immediately began treating both casualties until two ambulances from the Hungarian National Ambulance Service arrived. The mountain rescuers packed up immediately and responded without delay, where they found a man who had suffered multiple episodes of unconsciousness.\\n\\nThe rescue coordinator arranged a rendezvous with the ambulance crew at the Szent Orb\u00e1n Inn, and an ambulance was dispatched to that location. The Pest County Police and the Pest County Search and Rescue Service reported that several hikers had become lost in the B\u00f6rzs\u00f6ny Mountains.\\n\\nUsing the mountain rescue service’s specialised incident management system, the dispatcher sent an emergency SMS to the hikers’ mobile phone, allowing their exact location to be determined. Fortunately, before additional resources arrived, local residents helped the ambulance crew carry the patient safely to the waiting ambulance.\\n\\nBy 8:00 p.m., the B\u00f6rzs\u00f6ny Mountain Rescue Service had handled five separate incidents, including three running simultaneously.
