Foot injured near Kiralyret (2025.09.21.) - cseresznyefa20250921

On Sunday afternoon, the Börzsöny Mountain Rescue Service was notified by the Police and the National Ambulance Service about a hiker who had fallen on the trail between the Cseresznyefa parking lot and Taxi-meadow and sustained leg injuries.

The mountain rescue dispatcher got in touch with the injured woman, who said she had slipped and hurt her knees. She was located on the Nagy-Hideg Hill access road.

Since she was not far from the parking lot, the rescue team from the Szokolya base was able to reach her quickly. Although her injuries were not deemed severe, further medical evaluation was warranted.

Following the plan, the mountain rescuers met the ambulance team at the Cseresznyefa parking lot, where the patient was handed over and transported by ambulance to the hospital in Vác.
